Since I’m just starting the blog, and I have some links that I’d love to share. I’ll be posting some reviews and regularly occurring themes soon. So, in the meantime, enjoy the links below.

the very first review of ARC & HUE on the Poetry Foundation blog by Craig Santos Perez

Guy LeCharles Gonzalez invited me to guest blog on his LoudPoet blog. Check out “Ignoring No”.

My interview with Stacia L. Brown talking about writing advice, writing in communities, and cities I’ve loved.

“A Little Salt” poem from my chapbook SWITCH at Color Online, a website focusing on women writers of color.

TOTALLY RANDOM LINK: I am now infatuated with rose petal pop and cucumber pop, I can thank the Galco Soda Pop Stop.

Whenever Columbus Day rolls around, I find myself thinking of Howard Zinn’s “A People’s History of the United States, click here what Zinn is saying about history today.

On another note, when I was thinking on Columbus Day, I found Lupe Fiasco’s trailer for “The L.A.S.E.R.S. Manifesto”. Fiasco gives me hope for hip hop.
