Tara Betts will celebrate the release of debut collection ARC & HUE at the Bowery Poetry Club, 308 Bowery, NY, NY, near Bleecker & Houston. Featured guest poets and performers include: Rachel McKibbens, Latasha Natasha Diggs, Nemiss, Giselle Buchanan from the Urban Word NYC ‘09 slam team, host Mahogany Browne and others.

At the Baltimore Book Festival, the Cave Canem reading will include: Tara Betts, Derrick Brown, Kyle Dargan, Reginald Harris, (Participant/Host), Jadi Omowale, Venus Thrash, Jaci Jones LaMon, and Kamau Rucker.
There will also be a panel discussion (w/poems) “To Form or Not To Form” at the Festival featuring: Tara Betts, Derrick Brown, Kyle Dargan, and Jadi Omowale (Participant/Moderator). The exact times and days for both events will be posted soon.
